All Participants who have successfully registered for the AZALEA's ANNUAL RUN 2014 can collect their race pack at :

TIME:1100 - 2000

 

VENUE: Tiong Bahru Plaza

 

 

Documents to bring:

• NRIC/Photo ID

• Registration Confirmation Slip

• Indemnity Form (for participants who are 18 years-old and below as of Race Day, 2 November2014). Click                     for a copy of the Indemnity Form.

 

If you are collecting on behalf of someone else, please produce:

• Letter of Authorisation

• Photocopy of the participant’s NRIC/Photo ID
